East Fremantle Yacht Club Wedding by Nicolle Versteeg Photography

Every little piece of this East Fremantle Yacht Club is plenty pretty on its own, but the meaning behind it all makes it so much sweeter. The bride’s sister in law made the cake  and a a family friend made the flowers, including the bride’s bouquet of Australian blue gum, a nod to her heritage, Sinagapore orchids to represent the groom’s roots, and her mother’s favorite blooms. Nicolle Versteeg Photography shot  all inner and outer beauty so see it all here in the full wedding gallery!

From the Bride… Duane and I meet through mutual friends in 2002. Through our 10-year relationship, we established a strong and loving relationship that has solid foundations of friendship and respect. For our wedding, we wanted a day that was fun, informal and relaxed, much like we are. We wanted our day to be a celebration of our love for each other and to be surrounded by all our friends and family that supporting us through the years. Flowers were done by a family friend, with my bouquet including Australian blue gum to represent my Australian heritage, Sinagapore orchids to represent Duane’s heritage, and white carnations because they are my Mum’s favourite flower. Everything seemed to work out perfectly leading up to the day, and even the rain cleared up for the ceremony. We had such good fun on the day and loved every minute of it.
